Marble VPN ("we", "us", or "our") builds a VPN application for iOS and Android on the principle that the most private data is the data we never collect. This Privacy Policy explains what little information exists, why, and how it is handled.
1. Our No-Logs Commitment
Marble VPN does not require an account to use the app, and we do not log, monitor, or store your browsing activity, connection timestamps, DNS queries, IP addresses, or the servers you connect to. We have no record of what you do while connected, because we never collect it in the first place.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
Because Marble VPN requires no signup, we do not collect:
- Names, emails, or account credentials
- Browsing history or DNS requests
- Connection timestamps or session duration
- Your original or assigned VPN IP address
- The websites, apps, or services you access
3. Information That May Be Processed
A small amount of information may pass through third parties strictly to operate the app and process payment:
- Subscription billing. Payments are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive only a non-identifying confirmation of an active subscription — never your card details.
- Aggregated diagnostics. We may collect anonymized, non-identifying crash and performance data to keep the app fast and stable. This data cannot be linked back to your activity or identity.
4. Third-Party Services
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple and Google. Please review Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy to understand how they handle billing information.
5. Data Security
Because we do not collect activity logs or account data, there is nothing tied to your identity for us to expose. Any diagnostic data we do process is transmitted securely and stored in anonymized form.
6. Children's Privacy
Marble VPN is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
7. International Users
Marble VPN is available worldwide. By using the app, you understand that any of the minimal, non-identifying data described above may be processed by our infrastructure and app store partners in countries other than your own.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
