These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Marble VPN mobile application (the "App" or "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Marble VPN, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Marble VPN provides a virtual private network application for iOS and Android that routes your device's internet traffic through our servers. The App requires no account signup to use.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Marble VPN. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Marble VPN offers a Monthly plan at $4.99/month.
• Marble VPN offers an Annual plan at $49.99/year.
• Subscriptions are billed and auto-renew through the Apple App Store or Google Play, in accordance with their respective billing terms.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your device's App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies, except where required otherwise by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Marble VPN to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the rights of any third party
• Distribute malware, conduct network attacks, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or share access to the Service without our written consent

6. No Account Required

Marble VPN does not use a traditional account/signup system. Your subscription entitlement is tied to your Apple ID or Google account through the respective app store. We are not responsible for access issues arising from a lost or changed app store account.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by Marble VPN and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marble VPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service provider is domiciled, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
